Shipping Policy

1. UNITED STATES

Due to the high volume of orders, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be shipped. Orders received on weekends and holidays will begin this process on the next business day.

  • STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped via ground delivery by one of the following carriers:

· - UPS

· - FedEx

· - U.S. Postal Service

Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Note: UPS and FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes, please provide a physical shipping address and weekends and holidays may delay delivery of your order. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.

  • Accurate Address Information

Our shipping methods are only as accurate as the information that we are given. Please verify all of your shipping and billing information when placing your order. Our system is capable of retaining multiple addresses; although it will always select the default address for both shipping and billing. You will have the option of entering a new address or selecting one that has been previously entered during the checkout process. It is your responsibility to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate. Please make sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room, or space number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page of the order.

  • BACKORDERS

If an item is on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail or phone of the estimated ship date. At the time of notification, please inform us if you would like to cancel your back order. Your order will be shipped less the backordered item, and the backordered item will be shipped when available.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages

All damaged packages must be reported to us within 1 business day of receipt. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.

If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-562-524-2002 or 24 Hour international hotline 1 (909) 378-0089 so that we can work with you to resolve the issue. We request that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbors, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package before reporting that it is lost or missing. If you live in an apartment complex, please check with the front office to see if it was received by them.


2. INTERNATIONAL

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Orders can take up to 10 business days to process and be shipped. You will be emailed tracking information from the brand with tracking for your order. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.

International shipping by air, by sea or by road depending on the request of the clients.

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Ultimate Direction has no control over these charges, nor can Ultimate Direction predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

  • Exchange Rates

All prices shown on conquerorcrossbow.bossgoo.com are in U.S. dollars. Exchange rates change daily, and conquerorcrossbow.bossgoo.com is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.
